O Apartamento Caracas 2 é uma excelente escolha para quem procura umas férias relaxadas em Albufeira, com conforto moderno, num ambiente tranquilo e central.
A sala é ampla e luminosa, perfeita para momentos de convívio em família ou entre amigos, com acesso direto à varanda, onde se pode desfrutar de refeições ao ar livre ou simplesmente relaxar ao sol.
O apartamento dispõe de dois quartos confortáveis, um com cama de casal e outro com duas camas individuais. Conta ainda com duas casas de banho, uma delas privativa, garantindo comodidade e privacidade a todos os hóspedes.
A cozinha independente está totalmente equipada, proporcionando todas as condições para preparar refeições com toda a praticidade.
No exterior, o complexo oferece uma piscina comum, ideal para banhos de sol e momentos de descontração, assim como estacionamento privado exterior para maior conveniência durante a estadia.
Localizado numa zona central de Albufeira, o apartamento encontra-se perto de praias, supermercados, restaurantes, bares e outras comodidades, tornando-o numa base perfeita para explorar tudo o que a região tem para oferecer.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é à Quinta (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.

This is a superb apartment. It benefits with two large rooms, one ensuite with bath. Two large balconies so guaranteed sun throughout the whole day. Kitchen facilities excellent with all amenities provided. Extra touches with bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. Fantastic pool with plenty of sun loungers. Apartment in a gated community which is quiet and safe. Near to some excellent restaurants and bars ideal location.

We had a wonderful stay at Caracas 2 apartment. This apartment was ideal for the two of us although it does sleep up to 6. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The location is great and very quiet. We could walk to the several restaurants, bars and of course to the beach as well. Myself and my partner have been in the Algarve many other times, but I need to say that this apartment is the best one I have been so far. Bruno, the local representative was very helpful. We will be back again
