O Apartamento Melbourne 1 é um refúgio encantador num moderno complexo em Albufeira, com localização privilegiada entre o centro histórico e a zona nova da cidade. Ideal para famílias ou amigos, oferece o cenário perfeito para umas férias relaxantes ao sol.
Na sala, o espaço é amplo e acolhedor, ideal para momentos de convívio e lazer, com uma atmosfera luminosa que se prolonga até à varanda, perfeita para desfrutar de refeições ao ar livre ou simplesmente relaxar enquanto aprecia o sol algarvio.
O apartamento dispõe de um quarto elegante com duas camas individuais e uma casa de banho com duche, garantindo conforto e privacidade durante toda a estadia.
No exterior, o complexo oferece uma piscina comum rodeada por espaço para banhos de sol, uma piscina para crianças e um parque infantil, proporcionando diversão para todas as idades.
Com uma localização central, o apartamento fica próximo de restaurantes, bares, lojas e supermercados, enquanto as praias mais próximas, Praia do Inatel e Praia dos Alemães, encontram-se a uma curta distância a pé, permitindo desfrutar do melhor de Albufeira com facilidade.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.

We stayed at Melbourne 2 with our two small children and had a wonderful time. The apartment is bright, clean, and well equipped, the kids loved the playground and the children's pool, while we enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny balcony.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was very welcome. It’s in a great location, close to both the Old Town and the beach. We walked everywhere, no need for a car. Would definitely book again! |

I spent 10 days at Melbourne 2 while working remotely and it was exactly what I needed. Quiet, well located, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong, the A/C kept the space cool, and I loved having a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is in a safe building with an elevator and is within walking distance of shops, cafés, and the beach. Great place if you want to enjoy Albufeira without needing to rent a car. |

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern, and in a fantastic location. We walked to Praia dos Alemães in the morning and enjoyed evenings in the Old Town. Everything was super accessible.
The pool was a nice bonus, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. It’s a great spot for a couple looking for a quiet base close to everything. We’d definitely return! |
