A Algarve Vacation encontra-se profundamente empenhada na promoção de opções de alojamento sustentável, em estreita colaboração com os nossos estimados proprietários. A nossa dedicada missão em prol da responsabilidade ambiental é testemunho desse compromisso.
A Villa Praia é uma moradia moderna e elegante, perfeita para quem procura conforto, privacidade e uma localização privilegiada em São Rafael, a poucos passos da praia. Com ambientes amplos e uma atmosfera acolhedora, é ideal para férias em família ou entre amigos.
A sala de estar é espaçosa e luminosa, com sofás confortáveis, uma zona de refeições e janelas que oferecem uma deslumbrante vista para o mar. No rés do chão encontram-se dois quartos acolhedores, ambos com camas individuais que podem ser convertidas em camas de casal. No primeiro andar, há mais dois quartos en-suite, também versáteis, com acesso a terraços que proporcionam magníficas vistas sobre o mar.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada, oferecendo toda a comodidade para quem aprecia preparar refeições em casa.
No exterior, o terraço dispõe de uma piscina privada aquecível (custo adicional) perfeita para desfrutar dos dias de sol. Há ainda uma área de churrasco com espaço para refeições ao ar livre e um jacuzzi (custo adicional) que convida a momentos de verdadeiro relaxamento.
Situada numa zona tranquila, a apenas 2 minutos a pé da Praia de São Rafael, esta villa encontra-se a 5 minutos de carro do centro de Albufeira, perto de bares, restaurantes e campos de golfe.
Não é necessário alugar uma carro, mas se preferir, teremos todo o gosto em ajudá-lo(a) com a reserva, mediante solicitação. Também podemos ajudar a organizar transfers, caso seja necessário.
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas são fixas e ambos não respeitarem o dia de mudança da propriedade, antes de proceder à reserva, por favor envie-nos um pedido de informação para podermos confirmar se as suas datas podem ser aceites.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Caução de grupos: € 400 por hóspede (pagamento por cartão de crédito/débito).
Por favor, note que a ocupação desta propriedade é de 8 hóspedes.
Do 9º ao 10º hóspede será cobrado um valor de adicional que inclui uma cama adicional

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Villa Praia. The villa has a great view over the sea and is only a few minutes away from a beautiful beach. We were with 4 adults and 4 young children. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were both very much enjoyed by our kids. We also went to the restaurant just across the street several times, which was great a asset to our vacation. São Rafael is a quiet place and we really enjoyed the rest, while only being a few minutes away from Albufeira. We can definitely recommend it to anyone.

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach, and an excellent restaurant right across the street. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for our family of 5, with a great pool and hot tub. Would definitely opt for the heating options as the kids spent every evening hopping between the pool and hot tub.
