Caracas 1 Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom apartment, located in a recently built complex in Albufeira. Due to the proximity of all essential amenities, this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, the perfect choice for a stress-free holiday.
This superb apartment can accommodate 4 + 2 people, located on the first floor, with access by elevator and stairs, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub and shower and another with shower), a spacious dining/living room with a comfortable sofa and TV (with international channels), a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing and an outdoor meal.
The Caracas 1 apartment also offers free internet, air conditioning, and an external private parking for cars.
The inviting common outdoor swimming pool is ideal for sunbathing, tanning, and relaxing.
Due to the central location of this apartment, all amenities are within a short distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, beaches, with the nearest beach (Alemães beach) just a 12-minute walk away.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organize transfers, if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €130 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 4 people.
• For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional value will be charged, which includes an extra bed (only €98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Amis de France: Moi et ma copine et un autre couple, nous sommes rentrés après une semaine dans cet appartement à Albufeira, au Portugal. L'appartement était propre, spacieux et bien entretenu. L'emplacement était parfait. Nous étions entre Old Albufeira et Oura. Le personnel était également très sympathique et attentif tout au long de notre séjour. Maria, la représentante locale nous a accueillis et nous a informés de tous les détails dont nous avions besoin pour nos vacances. Elle a réservé une excursion organisée par ses collègues. Nous avons visité les villes de Loulé et Tavira, le lendemain. Magnifique journée. Leur chauffeur était un vrai guide. Il connaissait très bien la région. Nous l'avons même invité à déjeuner avec nous. Merci Joao pour le grand jour que vous nous avez fourni.
Nous pensons revenir à Albufeira. |
