Jamaica Apartment is a lovely 2-bedroom holiday home, located in a private condominium in Olhos de Água, Albufeira. With a large swimming pool for adults and children, 2 terraces and a BBQ, this is the perfect apartment for a relaxing break in the Algarve sun.
The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with access to a balcony with a built-in BBQ. A spacious living/dining room also allows direct access to a second balcony where you can enjoy a meal or drink outdoors with a view of the pool and the sea beyond.
Guests will have access to the large swimming pool and smaller pool for children, as well as the surrounding gardens where you can sunbathe in between refreshing dips in the pool.
This amazing apartment benefits from its proximity to the Olhos de Água center (only a 3- minute walk) and to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday - beautiful sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks and supermarkets. Car is not necessary, unless you want to discover more of the Algarve.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Check-out schedule: 10:00
• Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 4 people.
• The 5th and 6th person pays an additional rental amount for an extra bed for either an extra bed (for only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
