With a privileged location in Carvoeiro, only 100 meters distance from the beach and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, Apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 1 is the perfect getaway for your holiday.
The apartment is located on the first floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them featuring single beds and 1 with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Additionally, it offers an open-space living room with a comfortable sofa and television and na equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper terrace, which offers views of the sea, you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing afternoon with a drink. The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or memorable moments. Both terraces are communal.
The apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 1 is strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where an display of wonderful restaurants and thrilling water sports activities await and a little further on, the Carvoeiro Boardwalk (Passadiço de Carvoeiro) takes you on a delightful walk with breathtaking views.

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only)
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

The 7th and 8th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year.

It was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living area. We especially enjoyed the upper terrace with its sea views and the lower terrace for dining with family. The proximity to Carvoeiro Beach and the scenic boardwalk made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a wonderful coastal retreat!
