The Salero Apartment is a wonderful 1-bedroom holiday apartment located just a few metres from the 3 Castles Beach. With a shared pool and free Wi-Fi access, this fantastic 8th-floor apartment is the ideal place to enjoy stunning views over the Portimão beaches.

The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony.

The main living area is open-plan and includes a kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and induction hob, as well as an adjacent pantry with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The living area also includes a dining table, where you can comfortably enjoy meals with your group, and a sofa where you can relax and enjoy your favourite TV programmes.

The balcony is accessible from the living room or the bedroom and has a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals or drinks with a magnificent view of the beach.

The Salero Apartment has access to a (fenced) shared pool with the other apartments.

The excellent location is one of the highlights of this property, as it is within a short walking distance of all amenities and across the road from the beach. The neighbouring Praia da Rocha has a wonderful promenade and many local walking trails nearby. Its wide range of bars and restaurants, from glamorous beach clubs to traditional Portuguese restaurants, makes it a perfect holiday destination for families, groups seeking a lively nightlife and for more mature guests who care about nature.

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).

Check-out time: 10:00
Group deposit: subject to approval with a deposit of €150 per person.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies according to the time of year:
From 1 November to 31 March: €1 per person per night.
From 1 April to 31 October: €2 per person per night.
This tax applies only to guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
