The Sienna Apartment is a charming holiday property, tastefully decorated and located within the private Rocha Prime complex in Praia da Rocha, just a short walk from the beach. With such an excellent location in the heart of Praia da Rocha, with easy access to various golf courses and beaches, this is an ideal apartment to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year.
The comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and can be accessed by lift or stairs. It is also equipped with free Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in all rooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, iron and ironing board.
The open-plan living/dining room is bright and spacious, with large windows, satellite TV, a large comfortable sofa for relaxing, and a dining table. This space opens onto the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon sun.
Rocha Prime is an excellent development located on the beachfront of Praia da Rocha, making it unique in Praia da Rocha. The complex also has one of the best locations in Portimão, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars. The nearby picturesque sandstone cliffs offer beautiful coastal walks and secluded sandy coves that connect to the main stretch of Praia da Rocha. In the evening, the lively entertainment on the main street of Praia da Rocha is not to be missed.
Renting a car will not be necessary, but if you prefer, we can assist you.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the changeover day, we suggest you make an enquiry to confirm if your dates can be accommodated before proceeding with your booking.**

The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season)
Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and archive fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
Prices for up to 4 people
From the 5th to the 7th person (2 adults + 1 baby) an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administrative cost for changing dates is €150. ***
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies according to the time of year:
From 1 November to 31 March: €1 per person per night.
From 1 April to 31 October 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.

The kitchen was well-appointed, allowing me to whip up delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The bedroom was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. Last but certainly not least, I must commend the representative for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I booked the apartment to the day I checked out, they were attentive, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. |
