Apartment Niya has a modern open-plan living and dining room, with a balcony that allows you to enjoy outdoor moments.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals with ease.
With two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with private balconies and a utility area, the apartment offers a spacious and private environment for all guests.
Air conditioning throughout the property ensures a comfortable stay all year round.
Guests can also enjoy a large shared pool, ideal for refreshing and relaxing under the Algarve sun.
Pets are not allowed.

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and archive fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.
Prices are for up to 4 people.
The 5th to 7th person pay an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
The administrative cost for changing dates is €150.
