Nestled within an astonishing complex boasting meticulously manicured gardens and pools, just minutes away from the city center and pristine white sandy beaches, lies the Townhouse Sunny Palms.
On the ground floor, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the necessary utensils and appliances to craft delightful meals to savour with your loved ones.
Adjacent to the kitchen, an open-plan living area seamlessly integrates with a dining space, complete with a dining table, air conditioning, and a splendid sofa perfect for unwinding while indulging in your favourite shows. This space also offers direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool. Additionally, a shower-equipped bathroom complements this floor.
Ascending to the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and boast modern decor and are equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes.
Last but certainly not least, the property's fantastic outdoor area awaits. Privately tucked away, it features sofas and sun loungers for soaking up the Algarve sunshine, along with a barbecue for al fresco dining experiences.
In the communal areas of the complex, you'll find meticulously maintained pools (one for adults and another for children) and lush gardens.

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person.
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th to 9th guests pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

We loved the open-plan living area, which opened onto a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. The outdoor space was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals by the BBQ. The well-maintained gardens and pools added to the serene atmosphere, and the location was ideal – close to the beach and city center. We couldn't have asked for a better family holiday spot!
