Villa Santa Lucia is a traditional property located in the Villa Alba complex in Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from the Strip. With access to a large common pool and a short distance from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops, and just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira's best beaches, it is the ideal choice for a sunny getaway.
The villa accommodates 6+3 people and features 3 bedrooms (2 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed), plus 2 additional bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower). The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and a balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern utensils and appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and stove.
The spacious open-plan living/dining area invites moments of relaxation, with a built-in sofa, satellite TV, and direct access to the exterior. In the outdoor area, there is a brick barbecue and access to extensive gardens, the pool, and the pool bar.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available.
Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and archiving processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 6 people.
From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

What an amazing Villa. 9 of us stayed at Villa Saint Lucia for 2 weeks and had the most amazing time. It is so clean, in a great location and the villa itself is great completed with a beautiful garden and pool. The staff here are so welcoming and casee more

They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We will 100% be returning in the future.
