Fantactic holiday villa, featuring a spacious and beautifully landscaped garden adorned with palm trees. This villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, ensuring a memorable stay for families and friends.
The ground floor boasts a cozy living room with sofas and a TV, a dining area with a table, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. The bedroom on this floor is spacious and includes a double bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, one with three single beds with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two with double beds. Another living room and dining area provide additional space for relaxation and meals, along with a second fully equipped kitchen.
Step outside to a stunning private pool, perfect for cooling off in the sun, with an optional heating feature. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, and make the most of the BBQ grill for delicious barbecues. A ping pong table offers extra fun for all ages.
The villa also includes ample parking space and a garage for your convenience.
This villa is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, explore the beautiful Algarve region, or enjoy quality time with loved ones, this villa is the perfect holiday retreat.
The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), is just a 5 min drive away and the Algarve Shopping centre, one of the largest in the region is just an 5-minute drive away.
Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a 10-minute drive.
Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive.
Car hire is recommended if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person.
• The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 10 people.
The 11th to 14th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €126 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The villa was incredibly comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens and cozy living areas on both floors. We loved spending time outdoors, dining by the BBQ, and playing ping pong. Its convenient location made exploring the Algarve easy and fun. Highly recommended!!
