Description

Villa Valentina is a spacious holiday home nestled between the hills of Almancil and Sta. Bárbara de Nexe, ideal for families wanting to relax away from tourist centres, yet close to all amenities. The property has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and accommodates 12+1 people.
On the first floor, there is a double room with a private bathroom and a large terrace with stunning views. The lower floor has a twin room, a room with a double bed and 2 single beds, with a private bathroom, plus a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is 1 double room and 1 twin room with a private bathroom (with the possibility of joining the beds), plus an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a games room with a snooker table. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.
The villa has three terraces with outdoor relaxation and dining areas, as well as a tranquil garden with a large pool (heatable as an optional extra). There are also sun loungers, a grassed area for playing, a ping-pong table and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
Villa Valentina is a 5-minute drive from Almancil, Mar Shopping and Laranjal golf course, 20 minutes by car from Algarve beaches.
Car rental is recommended, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking handling, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 12 people.
The 13th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

The villa has lots of space, lots of room inside and outside.
We didn't bother hiring a car just used Uber & Bolt to get around prices are really cheap under €5 to get to Mall & supermarket .
Vale do lobo and Quinta 15/20 mins away about €15 .

Our vacation was nice and relaxed. It was an escape to rest. The property provided everything we needed. Algarve is beautiful. We visited the cities of Faro and Loulé. I found the old part of Faro very interesting. We also booked with Kellie, the locsee more
Our vacation was nice and relaxed. It was an escape to rest. The property provided everything we needed. Algarve is beautiful. We visited the cities of Faro and Loulé. I found the old part of Faro very interesting. We also booked with Kellie, the local representative, a boat trip on Arade River. It was a very relaxing day despite the wind. We had a boat only for us and a great service provided by the staff on board. The wind did not spoil our day. Will be booking again for next year.
