Villa Casablanca is a fantastic property in Portimão, with 5 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, heated pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue, equipped with everything you need for your holiday.

Upon entering, you'll find the first bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and the last room on this floor, with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the property gate. Between them, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. There is also a pantry with an ironing board and iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, and washing machine. The dining area, near the living room, has a large table and sofa, both with a view of the pool. The living area has direct access to the exterior.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and bathroom with a bathtub, a room with bunk beds, and another with two single beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobe.

The exterior features a barbecue with table and chairs, garden, sun loungers, and a heated pool (optional) with jacuzzi. The property has private parking for 1 car.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices up to 10 people.
The 11th and 12th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
