Villa Las Vegas is a spectacular villa, ideal for large groups or several families holidaying together, offering spacious, comfortable living in a prime location in Vilamoura.

This stunning holiday home has 8 bedrooms (5 of which have their own en-suite bathrooms) and is perfect for both indoor and outdoor living. Outside are lovely lawned gardens, an outdoor shower and a unique private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) with a bridge crossing over the middle of it, where you can take picturesque holiday photographs, or lounge in the sun on the sunbeds surrounding the pool.

At the rear of the villa is a full-sized tennis court with its own changing rooms and showers, plus 4 traditional brick BBQs and seating that will comfortably accommodate everyone staying at the villa.

Inside, Villa Las Vegas is equipped with the highest quality furnishings and fittings, from the stunning entrance hall to the Bose surround sound system and light fittings on the ceiling of the living room and bar area. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is extremely spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Four large double bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) are located on the ground floor, while the remaining four bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) are located on the lower floor. The lower floor also houses an extra bathroom, gym equipment, and a large games room with a pool table, football table, card and games table and ping pong, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

There are multiple parking spaces for cars within the grounds once passing through the electric gates.

Villa Las Vegas is located in the beautiful region of Vilamoura, renowned for its fabulous golf courses, lively marina and Casino. Everything you may need is within a short drive, including two large, quality supermarkets and fantastic bars and restaurants, making this an ideal spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve.

Near by is the acclaimed Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course, one of Vilamoura’s renowned 5 courses of Dom Pedro's Golf collection that are a mandatory stop for golfers in the Algarve. All of the 5 golf courses, and a few more, are within a short drive of the Villa.

The Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is within a 10-minute drive from the villa.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 16 people.
• From the 17th to the 22th people an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €133 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €35 each, per week)

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
