Description
Villa Dominica is a spacious residence situated in a quiet residential area, less than 1.6 km from Carvoeiro town centre and the beach, ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy and unforgettable moments in the Algarve.
The spacious living and dining room is bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and spending time together after a sunny day. The space invites rest, with direct access to the outside and views of the terrace and swimming pool, providing a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the whole family.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each one, both comfortable and well decorated, as well as a bathroom with shower, ideal for greater practicality during your stay. On the first floor, the villa has two double bedrooms en suite, each with a bathroom with shower and access to a sunny terrace that offers a stunning view over the sea.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with practicality and comfort, being the ideal space for those who enjoy cooking during their holidays.
The exterior of the villa is a true leisure refuge, with complete privacy, a fantastic heated swimming pool (additional cost), spacious terrace areas and a perfect barbecue area for outdoor dining. There is also a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchenette, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments with family or friends.
A few minutes' walk from Carvoeiro centre, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the magnificent golden sandy beach, Villa Dominica offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8.
The 9th guest will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

We had an amazing week at Villa Dominica, it was everything we hoped for and more! The location is peaceful and private, yet close enough to Carvoeiro's centre that we could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach in about 10 minutes. The villa itself is very spacious and ideal for families, we were two couples with kids and had plenty of room.
The pool area was the highlight for us, we opted for the pool heating and it was perfect for swimming even in the evenings. There are multiple terraces, and the one upstairs has beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The outdoor dining area and barbecue were fantastic for enjoying meals in the fresh air, and the outdoor kitchenette was a bonus! The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a good sound system. We also appreciated the privacy, the garden and pool are not overlooked. Villa Dominica really made our Algarve holiday special. We’d absolutely stay here again! |
