Description
Villa AlGharif is a welcoming and spacious residence, situated in the quiet area of Quinta da Balaia, just 5 minutes' drive from Albufeira town centre, and from the most enchanting beaches in the region.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious living room, bright and comfortable, the ideal space for family gatherings, or moments of pure relaxation after a day in the sun.
The layout of the bedrooms was designed to offer comfort and flexibility for larger groups. The main house features two double bedrooms, both en suite, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, ensuring space and comfort for everyone. In the independent annex, there is a fifth en suite bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds, a practical and fun option for children or young people, with capacity for up to four guests.
The kitchen, fully equipped, offers a functional and welcoming environment to prepare your favourite meals, whether a quiet breakfast or a special family dinner.
On the exterior, the dwelling surprises with a generous and renovated garden, surrounded by vegetation that provides natural shade, and a relaxing atmosphere. The private pool invites long swims and leisure moments, complemented by an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for making the most of the sunny days of the Algarve.
With a privileged location, close to beaches, restaurants, shops and golf courses, Villa AlGharif is the ideal retreat for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.
From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
