Description
Villa Aruba is a wonderful 5-bedroom property, combining comfort, privacy and a privileged location between the Marina and the charming old town of Albufeira. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and TV, integrated with the dining room, creating a welcoming space for moments of socialising and relaxation. This area also allows direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.
On the ground floor there are three en-suite bedrooms, each with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms have bathrooms with showers, whilst the other has a bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also has an additional bathroom, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests.
On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has an external terrace with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and contemplating the stunning sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the dining areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.
On the exterior, Villa Aruba features a private swimming pool (heated for an additional cost), ideal for moments of relaxation and leisure. The area has a typical Algarve barbecue and dining table to enjoy relaxed moments outdoors.
With a privileged location, just a few minutes from Albufeira's historic centre, close to restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife, and only 1.5 km from the nearest beach, Villa Aruba is the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

The private pool was fantastic and the BBQ area made evenings really enjoyable. It’s in a perfect spot between the marina and the Old Town, close enough to walk but still peaceful. This villa is everything we were looking for: central location, comfort, and space. It’s close to the Marina and the old town, giving us access to restaurants, bars, and nightlife within minutes. Villa Aruba exceeded all our expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook several meals at home, and the living room is cozy and tastefully decorated. We loved the upstairs terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy sunsets with a drink. Having parking for multiple cars was very convenient. The pool was used daily, and we opted for heating, which was a fantastic extra. An experience we would absolutely repeat.

We stayed at Villa Aruba with a group of friends and it was perfect. The house is huge, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, BBQ and sunny terrace. The location is great too, just a short walk to restaurants and not far from the Old Town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Albufeira.

We stayed for a week at Villa Aruba and we couldn’t have chosen better. The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family holiday. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus and gave everyone more privacy. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the pool and the barbecue, which became our main gathering points. The proximity to Albufeira’s old town and the beach meant we could do almost everything on footwith short car rides. We truly felt at home and will definitely return.
