Description
Villa Oliveira stands out for its spaciousness and privileged location in Armação de Pêra, just 700 metres from the beach, ideal for those who value comfort and convenience. The entrance impresses with ample parking space and a well-maintained garden.
The lounge, spacious and bright, is decorated with elegant sofas and a dining table that invites socialising, creating the perfect setting for relaxing moments. On the ground floor, there are two welcoming bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with private bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, as well as an extra bathroom. On the first floor, two en-suite bedrooms offer stunning sea views from the balconies.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, guarantees functionality and style, as well as ease in meal preparation.
On the lower floor, there are two more bedrooms, a secondary kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious entertainment area, with television, snooker table, table football and table tennis.
The exterior includes a spacious terrace with a heated private pool (additional cost), sun loungers and grassed areas for outdoor leisure, as well as a dining area with barbecue and jacuzzi (additional cost) for relaxation moments. The property is fully enclosed, has an automatic gate and parking.
Located in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from shops, bars and beaches, Villa Oliveira guarantees unforgettable holidays.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €3000 per group, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests.
From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

Starting with the villa, it was a haven of comfort and entertainment. The spacious and well-maintained accommodations provided a perfect retreat after our days of exploration. The bedrooms were confortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the common areas were inviting and spacious, ideal for socializing and relaxation. The highlight was undoubtedly the games room, which added an extra element of fun and friendly competition to our stay.
The local rep was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the necessary information during our stay. He organized a boat tour during our stay and, was exceptional. Martin went above and beyond to ensure that our excursion was nothing short of amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a holiday with friends. |
