Villa Santa Rosa is a spacious and inviting property, perfect for family holidays, group stays, retreats, or unforgettable moments with good company. With a capacity for up to 36 guests, it offers comfort, privacy, and all the amenities needed for a memorable stay in the Algarve.
The property has been recently redecorated and newly furnished, providing a modern and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
Spread across the ground floor, first floor, and lower level, the villa features 7 bedrooms with various accommodation options, including double beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds – ideal for large families and groups. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with multiple sofas, perfect for socialising and relaxing.
Outside, in addition to a heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost), guests can enjoy a private spa area equipped with two jacuzzis (available at an extra cost), a sauna, and an ice bath (available at an extra cost), the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The villa also offers a snooker table, ping pong table, and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining and group fun. The outdoor area also features sunbathing spaces in a peaceful and private setting, with a portable speaker available to enhance your leisure time with music.

Villa Santa Rosa is designed to provide comfort and entertainment all year round, with something for all ages: home cinema with a large Smart 4K TV and Apple TV, PS5, Nintendo Switch OLED, Bose sound system, and a wide range of family board games including UNO, Jenga, Monopoly, and more.
Located in a peaceful area with easy access to the region’s main attractions, Villa Santa Rosa combines generous space, a warm atmosphere, and fantastic leisure facilities for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 26 guests
From the 27th to the 36th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.
