Description
Located in the prestigious Alto do Golfe area in Vilamoura, this elegant villa is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the Algarve.
Accommodating up to 10 (8+2) guests, the house is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning and garden views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a double en-suite bedroom with air conditioning and a separate bathroom with shower.
The first floor features a double suite with air conditioning and access to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. In the basement, there are two additional double suites, both with double beds and portable cooling units.
The private terrace features a lounge area, dining table, parasol and a portable BBQ – perfect for al fresco meals. Direct access to the shared pool is a real plus, and pool towels are provided for added convenience.
The property also includes an electric gate and private parking for two cars. It is located just minutes from Falésia Beach, Vilamoura Marina, and renowned golf courses.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Vivara. The villa is even better than in the pictures – very clean, stylish, and comfortable. We especially liked the calm setting and the fact that we could walk to the golf course in just a few minutes. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the warmer days. The pool was always clean and never crowded. We had most of our meals outside on the lovely terrace. It’s the perfect place for a family or group looking to relax but still be near everything. Highly recommended!

Villa Vivara was an amazing base for our holiday in the Algarve. The house is in a very peaceful neighbourhood but still close to everything – beaches, restaurants, and especially golf! We booked it as two couples with kids and the layout was ideal. The bedrooms are spacious and private, and the whole property is spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor BBQ area was great for relaxed dinners. We also appreciated the easy parking and the gated entrance – it all felt very secure. A great place to unwind and enjoy Vilamoura!

Our stay at Villa Vivara was absolutely perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and felt like a true home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and had more than enough space to relax comfortably. The en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning made every night restful, and the living area was bright and welcoming. We especially loved the outdoor terrace for morning coffee and evening BBQs. Having direct access to the shared pool was a real treat – we often had it to ourselves! The villa’s location is ideal, close to the beach, the marina, and top golf courses. We’ll definitely be coming back!
