The Marbella Apartment is a comfortable and bright holiday space by the sea, ideal for those seeking a practical and relaxed stay near Fishermen's Beach.

The living room offers a welcoming and functional environment, ensuring a comfortable space to relax.

The apartment has two single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a complete bathroom with shower, providing comfort and flexibility during your stay.

The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and practicality.

On the outside, the balcony with sea views provides relaxing moments in the open air, including a barbecue area perfect for casual meals.

Located on the second floor, with access by lift or stairs, the apartment is situated right in front of Praia dos Pescadores, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the lively old town area of Albufeira.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests. From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
