On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom with a shower, offering flexibility and comfort for families or groups.

The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The property also features air conditioning and a television.

Outside, the property includes a private swimming pool and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, ideal for enjoying time outdoors.

Located in a quiet area with easy access to beaches, restaurants and local amenities, Villa Blue Bay is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
