The living room, bright and welcoming, creates the ideal space for shared moments with family or friends.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped, inviting you to prepare meals in a practical and relaxed way.

On the outside, the well-maintained garden provides a shaded dining area, sun-facing loungers and a plunge pool, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquillity. The barbecue area allows you to enjoy outdoor meals in a serene and natural setting.

Caicco Residence is located between Odiáxere and Vale da Lama, just a few minutes from Meia Praia and Lagos, offering the perfect balance between isolation and proximity to the beaches and amenities of the region.

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual property changeover day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the reservation, so that we can confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is 4 guests

However, it is possible to accept 1 more guest, who will be accommodated in an additional bed.
