Villa California is an impressive holiday home, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and leisure near Corcovada, with easy access to restaurants and beaches.

The living and dining room is spacious and welcoming, providing the perfect environment for moments of socialising and relaxation.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a service bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.

On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower, offering functional space for larger groups.

The modern kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to prepare meals in a practical and comfortable way.

The games room, with snooker table and table football, ensures entertainment for the whole family or group.

On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost), the surrounding garden, the patio and the barbecue area create an ideal environment for relaxing and enjoying pleasant outdoor moments. The property is fully enclosed, guaranteeing privacy and security.

Located in Corcovada, a few minutes' drive from beaches such as Santa Eulália and Oura and close to restaurants and bars, this villa combines tranquillity and convenience for memorable holidays.

Even next to Villa California is its sister villa, Villa Florida. Both properties can be booked simultaneously for large groups.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests. From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
