Villa Casa das Dunas is a spacious and sophisticated property, situated in one of the most privileged areas of Galé, just a few steps from the sand, and a short distance from Salgados and São Rafael beaches, with wonderful sea views. With a tranquil and private atmosphere, it is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and a truly exceptional location.

The dwelling features a spacious and bright living and dining room with direct access to the outside, creating the perfect setting for relaxing or spending time together. The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers all the practicality needed for extended stays or shared family meals.

On the ground floor, there are 6 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suite, as well as a common bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, the villa has a further 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite, a bathroom with shower and a service WC, guaranteeing space, comfort and flexibility for larger groups.

The exterior is designed to make the most of the Algarve climate, with an inviting heated private pool (as an extra), shower, barbecue and outdoor dining areas. The garden and spacious terraces allow you to relax with complete privacy, always with the sea as a backdrop.

With free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking for 2 vehicles, the property guarantees all comfort. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, the Salgados golf course and the prestigious natural reserve of the area. Albufeira city centre is just a 10-minute drive away, offering easy access to all the city's amenities and entertainment.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is 16 guests. From the 17th to the 22nd guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
