Villa Dominica

Villa Dominica is a spacious residence situated in a quiet residential area, less than 1.6 km from Carvoeiro town centre and the beach, ideal for families seeking comfort, privacy and unforgettable moments in the Algarve.

The spacious living and dining room is bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and spending time together after a sunny day. The space invites rest, with direct access to the outside and views of the terrace and swimming pool, providing a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the whole family.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds in each one, both comfortable and well decorated, as well as a bathroom with shower, ideal for greater practicality during your stay. On the first floor, the villa has two double bedrooms en suite, each with a bathroom with shower and access to a sunny terrace that offers a stunning view over the sea.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with practicality and comfort, being the ideal space for those who enjoy cooking during their holidays.

The exterior of the villa is a true leisure refuge, with complete privacy, a fantastic heated swimming pool (additional cost), spacious terrace areas and a perfect barbecue area for outdoor dining. There is also a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchenette, ideal for enjoying relaxed moments with family or friends.

A few minutes' walk from Carvoeiro centre, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the magnificent golden sandy beach, Villa Dominica offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8. The 9th guest will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed.
