Villa Laura is an elegant and modern property with a heated private pool (additional cost), ideal for a relaxing family holiday, just a few minutes from Albufeira Marina.

The spacious living and dining room, bright and comfortable, offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating a perfect environment for moments of togetherness. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, convertible into a double bed, with a private bathroom.

On the first floor, the villa has a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, as well as two bedrooms with single beds, also convertible into double beds. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and two verandas perfect for enjoying mornings in the open air.

The lower floor includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a practical laundry room.

The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with complete comfort.

On the exterior, the barbecue and dining area next to the pool invite pleasant moments outdoors in a tranquil and private environment.

Located just a few metres from Albufeira Marina and a short distance from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the ideal balance between relaxation and entertainment, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.

This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed
