On the ground floor, the property features a spacious dining room and a welcoming living room, both with sea views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Also on the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one with two twin beds, one with a double bed and another with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a shared bathroom, providing additional convenience for guests.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, served by a shared bathroom.
The outdoor area is a true paradise, featuring a private heatable pool (extra cost) and an outdoor dining area, ideal for socialising and enjoying relaxing moments together.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
