The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy quality time together, with direct access to the outdoor areas and a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Set on a single level, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (4+2). It features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with the two additional sleeping places provided by two individual convertible sofa beds in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, ensuring comfort and practicality throughout your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, making meal preparation easy and convenient during your holiday.
Outside, the property boasts a spacious garden surrounding the private swimming pool, as well as pleasant outdoor seating areas perfect for relaxing and making the most of the Algarve sunshine. There is also an outdoor dining area with a fixed barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals in a peaceful and natural setting.
An external staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy panoramic 360-degree views and unforgettable sunsets.
Villa Sunshine is located in a peaceful rural area close to Armação de Pêra, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops and a variety of leisure activities, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience.
To make the most of the beautiful beaches, picturesque villages and many attractions the Algarve has to offer, we recommend hiring a car. Should you wish, we would be delighted to assist with the booking. We can also arrange airport transfers if required.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
