A Villa Eagles Nest é uma moradia privada e elegante situada no prestigiado Cerro de Águia, oferecendo conforto, privacidade e vistas deslumbrantes, ideal para umas férias tranquilas em família ou com amigos.
A sala de estar é espaçosa e luminosa, com sofás, cadeiras confortáveis e zona de TV, criando um ambiente acolhedor para momentos de convívio. A sala de jantar, com uma decoração elegante, convida a longas refeições em grupo, num ambiente relaxado e sofisticado.
No rés-do-chão encontram-se quatro quartos: dois en-suite com camas de solteiro, um quarto com cama de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiro. Este piso dispõe ainda de duas casas de banho adicionais, garantindo conforto e privacidade para todos.
No primeiro andar situa-se o quinto quarto, uma suíte com cama de casal, ideal para quem procura um espaço mais reservado.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada e conta ainda com uma prática despensa, oferecendo funcionalidade e espaço de arrumação adicional.
No exterior, os jardins bem cuidados rodeiam a piscina aquecível (custo adicional), criando um ambiente perfeito para relaxar ao sol nas espreguiçadeiras. A zona de refeições ao ar livre permite aproveitar ao máximo os dias amenos do Algarve. A propriedade conta ainda com uma sala de jogos com mesa de snooker e um terraço com mesa e cadeiras, proporcionando entretenimento extra para toda a família.
Localizada no Cerro de Águia, a villa encontra-se perto da praia, de restaurantes, supermercados e campos de golfe, garantindo uma estadia confortável e conveniente.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é à Quinta (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.

Our group of friends stayed at Villa Eagles Nest for a week and it was perfect. The villa had everything we needed, great kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms and lots of space for everyone. We chose to heat the pool and it was worth every penny. The BBQ area was great for evening dinners, and the views from the terrace were just beautiful. Highly recommended for groupsfamilies.

We had an amazing week at Villa Eagles Nest. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a large family like ours. The pool area was stunning, and we loved having our meals outside overlooking the garden. The kids spent hours in the games room, while we relaxed on the terrace. The location is peaceful but still close to Albufeira and the beach. We would definitely come back!
