A Villa Dominica é uma espaçosa moradia situada numa zona residencial tranquila, a menos de 1,6 km do centro de Carvoeiro e da praia, ideal para famílias que procuram conforto, privacidade e momentos inesquecíveis no Algarve.
A ampla sala de estar e jantar é luminosa e acolhedora, perfeita para relaxar e conviver após um dia de sol. O ambiente convida ao descanso, com acesso direto ao exterior e vista para o terraço e piscina, proporcionando uma atmosfera descontraída e agradável para toda a família.
No rés-do-chão encontram-se dois quartos com duas camas individuais em cada um, ambos confortáveis e bem decorados, além de uma casa de banho com chuveiro, ideal para maior praticidade durante a estadia. No primeiro andar, a villa conta com dois quartos duplos em suíte, cada um com casa de banho com chuveiro e acesso a um terraço ensolarado que oferece uma vista deslumbrante sobre o mar.
A cozinha é moderna e totalmente equipada, oferecendo tudo o que é necessário para preparar refeições com praticidade e conforto, sendo o espaço ideal para quem gosta de cozinhar durante as férias.
O exterior da villa é um verdadeiro refúgio de lazer, com total privacidade, uma fantástica piscina aquecível (custo adicional), amplas zonas de terraço e uma área de barbecue perfeita para refeições ao ar livre. Há ainda uma área de jantar coberta e uma kitchenette exterior, ideal para desfrutar de momentos descontraídos em família ou entre amigos.
A poucos minutos a pé do centro de Carvoeiro, onde se encontram restaurantes, bares, lojas, supermercados e a magnífica praia de areia dourada, a Villa Dominica oferece o cenário perfeito para umas férias relaxantes
Não é necessário alugar uma carro, mas se preferir, teremos todo o gosto em ajudá-lo(a) com a reserva, mediante solicitação. Também podemos ajudar a organizar transfers, caso seja necessário.
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas são fixas e ambos não respeitarem o dia de mudança da propriedade, antes de proceder à reserva, por favor envie-nos um pedido de informação para podermos confirmar se as suas datas podem ser aceites.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Caução de grupos: € 250 por hóspede (pagamento por cartão de crédito/débito).

We had an amazing week at Villa Dominica, it was everything we hoped for and more! The location is peaceful and private, yet close enough to Carvoeiro's centre that we could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach in about 10 minutes. The villa itself is very spacious and ideal for families, we were two couples with kids and had plenty of room.
The pool area was the highlight for us, we opted for the pool heating and it was perfect for swimming even in the evenings. There are multiple terraces, and the one upstairs has beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a great spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The outdoor dining area and barbecue were fantastic for enjoying meals in the fresh air, and the outdoor kitchenette was a bonus! The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a good sound system. We also appreciated the privacy, the garden and pool are not overlooked. Villa Dominica really made our Algarve holiday special. We’d absolutely stay here again! |
