A Algarve Vacation encontra-se profundamente empenhada na promoção de opções de alojamento sustentável, em estreita colaboração com os nossos estimados proprietários. A nossa dedicada missão em prol da responsabilidade ambiental é testemunho desse compromisso.
A Villa Sunset é uma moradia acolhedora e luminosa, ideal para quem procura tranquilidade, conforto e vistas para o mar durante umas férias no Algarve.
A sala de estar e jantar é ampla, pensada para momentos de convívio e descanso, com acesso direto a uma varanda espaçosa onde é possível desfrutar de refeições ao ar livre com vista para o mar e a serra. Neste piso existe também uma casa de banho de apoio.
Os três quartos estão localizados no piso inferior. Um dos quartos dispõe de cama de casal e casa de banho privativa, outro quarto conta com duas camas individuais e casa de banho privativa, e o terceiro quarto é duplo. Todos os quartos têm acesso direto ao exterior, proporcionando uma ligação prática ao jardim e à piscina.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada, funcional e adequada para preparar refeições de forma cómoda durante a estadia.
No exterior, a moradia oferece um jardim cuidado e uma piscina privada, que pode ser aquecida mediante custo adicional. Esta zona dispõe de espreguiçadeiras, guarda-sóis e uma área de refeições com barbecue, ideal para aproveitar o clima algarvio.
Situada numa zona residencial tranquila, a Villa Sunset encontra-se perto de praias, campos de golfe, restaurantes e bares, sendo uma excelente opção para descobrir Carvoeiro e os seus arredores.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é à Quinta (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.
Caução de grupos: € 200 Por hóspede, com pagamento por cartão de crédito ou débito efetuado até 2 semanas antes da chegada.

Villa Sunset was a wonderful home for our family vacation. The location is great, close to Carvoeiro but in a quiet area, offering the perfect combination of tranquility and easy access to restaurants and beaches. The private pool and garden were perfect for relaxation. We loved the outdoor dining area and BBQ. The villa itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony is simply stunning! We’ll definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sunset! The sea views from the balcony are breathtaking, and the villa is spacious and well-equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing. We spent most of our time by the private pool, enjoying the sun and the quiet surroundings. The BBQ and outdoor dining area were great for al fresco meals. The villa is also conveniently located, with Carvoeiro just a short drive away. The house was impressive. Good bedrooms, 2 with suite, 1 extra bathroom. Pool was very good, always managed and cleaned durring stay. Very quiet zone, near to supermarkets and inumerous beaches (Carvoeiro, Marinha, Carvalho, Vila de Centiaes, etc). 5 min from center of Carvoeiro by car. Strongly advise you to stay there. I will repeat for sure!

One aspect that truly stood out was the villa's exceptional cleanliness and maintenance. Every corner of the property was immaculately clean, and it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that the villa was well-maintained.
I have also to mention the incredible hospitality from the staff. From the moment we booked our stay, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. They provided us with plenty of recommendations for things to see and do in the area, and their warmth and friendliness made us feel truly welcome. |
