O Apartamento Ipanema 1, é um excelente e bem decorado apartamento de 2 quartos, localizado no complexo Quinta Pedra dos Bicos. Esta localização é um dos seus grandes atributos pois oferece uma proximidade com tudo o que possa precisar para poder relaxar em férias com a família.
Com uma acomodação de 5 + 1 pessoas, este maravilhoso apartamento dispõe de 2 quartos (um com uma cama de casal e outro com 3 camas individuais) e 2 casas de banho (uma com banheira e chuveiro e outra com chuveiro e banheira separados). A cozinha está equipada com todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílios necessários, existe ainda uma sala de estar/jantar bem decorada e várias varandas com mesas e cadeiras, onde pode desfrutar de uma refeição ou uma bebida, aproveitando o maravilhoso sol Algarvio.
Neste belo complexo, a uma curta distância a pé do apartamento, irá encontrar uma grande piscina e jardins bem cuidados, onde pode sentar-se, relaxar e desfrutar de banhos de sol ao redor da piscina.
Dada a sua excelente localização numa rua calma em Santa Eulália, este apartamento fica a alguns minutos a pé de uma das principais ruas da cidade, onde pode encontrar um vasto leque de lojas, restaurantes, bares, bancos, supermercados e a conhecida Rua da Oura, em Albufeira.
Não é necessário alugar um carro, mas, se preferir, teremos todo o gosto em ajudá-lo(a) com a reserva, mediante solicitação. Também podemos ajudar a organizar transfers, caso seja necessário.
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas são fixas e ambos não respeitarem o dia de mudança da propriedade, antes de proceder à reserva, por favor envie-nos um pedido de informação para podermos confirmar se as suas datas podem ser aceites.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).

The service and information before and during the stay via algarvevacation.nl were excellent and they are very friendly. A small problem with access to the swimming pool was solved professionally. It is a spacious and clean apartment. Location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Safe environment. A swimming pool across the street and 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Strip. But fortunately no noise pollution. Supermarket and restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. This apartment is highly recommended.

Our experience at the Ipanema Apartment was excellent. It’s a well-furnished and clean apartment with lots of natural light. The living and dining area is cozy and welcoming, and the multiple balconies make it easy to enjoy the outdoors without even leaving the apartment. We especially appreciated the kitchen being so well-equipped, and the whole space felt very homely. The pool in the complex was a highlight for us, calm and well maintained. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and even Oura Street. It was great to have everything within walking distance while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. We would love to return!

We had a fantastic stay at the Ipanema 1 Apartment. The place is very spacious, ideal for families or groups, and the layout made our stay very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the beds were great for a good night's . Having two full bathrooms was especially useful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the balconies were a lovely bonus, perfect for breakfast or a relaxing drink in the afternoon sun. The swimming pool area is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by well-kept gardens. The location is also spot on, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Albufeira.
