Villa Aruba é uma maravilhosa propriedade de 5 quartos, combinando conforto, privacidade e uma localização privilegiada entre a Marina e a encantadora cidade velha de Albufeira. A sala de estar está mobilada com sofás confortáveis e TV, integrada com a sala de jantar, criando um espaço acolhedor para momentos de convívio e relaxamento. Esta área permite ainda acesso direto ao amplo terraço exterior.
No rés-do-chão encontram-se três quartos en-suite, cada um com duas camas individuais. Dois destes quartos possuem casa de banho com duche, enquanto o outro dispõe de casa de banho com banheira. Este piso conta ainda com uma casa de banho adicional, garantindo praticidade e conforto para todos os hóspedes.
No primeiro andar estão dois quartos en-suite, ambos com casa de banho com duche. Um dos quartos dispõe de um terraço exterior com mesa e cadeiras, perfeito para relaxar e contemplar o estonteante pôr do sol.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada e integra-se harmoniosamente com as áreas de refeição, proporcionando praticidade e funcionalidade para preparar as suas refeições durante a estadia.
No exterior, a Villa Aruba conta com uma piscina privada (aquecível com custo adicional), ideal para momentos de relaxamento e lazer. A área dispõe de uma típica churrasqueira algarvia e mesa de refeições para desfrutar de momentos descontraídos ao ar livre.
Com uma localização privilegiada, a poucos minutos do centro histórico de Albufeira, próximo de restaurantes, bares, lojas e vida noturna, e a apenas 1,5 km da praia mais próxima, a Villa Aruba é a escolha perfeita para umas férias inesquecíveis no Algarve.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.

O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.

We stayed at Villa Aruba with a group of friends and it was perfect. The house is huge, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, BBQ and sunny terrace. The location is great too, just a short walk to restaurants and not far from the Old Town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Albufeira.

We stayed for a week at Villa Aruba and we couldn’t have chosen better. The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for our family holiday. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus and gave everyone more privacy. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially the pool and the barbecue, which became our main gathering points. The proximity to Albufeira’s old town and the beach meant we could do almost everything on footwith short car rides. We truly felt at home and will definitely return.
