A Villa Marina é uma propriedade encantadora, situada no coração da Marina de Albufeira, ideal para umas férias relaxantes perto do mar. Esta casa colorida destaca-se pela piscina privada aquecível (custo adicional) e um ambiente acolhedor que convida à diversão.
A sala de estar e jantar é ampla e luminosa, com portas de vidro que dão acesso ao jardim, criando uma ligação direta ao exterior.
No primeiro andar encontram-se três quartos, um com cama de casal e cama individual, e dois cama de casal, todos com casa de banho privativa e acesso a varandas com vista sobre o exterior. No rés do chão há uma casa de banho de serviço.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada, garantindo funcionalidade para preparar refeições com facilidade.
No exterior, o amplo terraço inclui a piscina aquecível (custo adicional) , rodeada por relvado e espreguiçadeiras, e uma zona de refeições ao ar livre com barbecue para momentos descontraídos.
Localizada numa zona tranquila da Marina de Albufeira, perto de cafés, bares, restaurantes e supermercado.
Encontra-se a cerca de 20 minutos a pé do centro de Albufeira com as suas praias e o charme da Cidade Velha, a Villa Marina assegura umas férias memoráveis.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.

We stayed at Villa Marina with a group of friends and couldn’t have been happier. The house is just as described – spacious, nicely decorated, and with everything you might need. We made good use of the kitchen and the BBQ area outside. It’s great to be in the Marina, which feels more relaxed but still has lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Being able to walk to the beach or take a short drive made our days very easy and enjoyable.

Villa Marina exceeded our expectations. The pool area was fantastic, and we opted for the heating, which made it even more enjoyable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Our children loved the colourful décor and the easy access to the Marina. We walked to Albufeira Old Town a few times and really appreciated how close everything was without needing to drive constantly. A great spot for a family holiday.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Marina. The house is very spacious and bright, with a great layout for families. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus for us. The location in the Marina is ideal, peaceful but still close to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and sun loungers. Having breakfast outside each morning was a highlight. Would definitely return!
