A Villa Isa Joe é uma encantadora moradia com uma excelente localização, a uma curta distância de carro das belas praias do Ancão, Garrão, Quinta do Lago e Júlia's. Perfeita para casais ou famílias que desejem ficar numa área tranquila e com todas as comodidades perto. Vale do Lobo e Quinta do Lago, situam-se muito próximos desta propriedade.
Esta bonita propriedade, tem para oferecer 3 confortáveis quartos, com uma capacidade de 6 + 1 pessoas, e oferece Wi-fi gratuito e ar-condicionado em todos os quartos. Estes distribuem-se por 1 quarto com cama de casal e casa de banho privativa no primeiro andar, e no piso térreo os restantes 2 quartos com 2 cama individuais cada um (um dos quais com casa de banho privativa) e ainda uma casa de banho adicional.
A cozinha totalmente equipada. A sala de estar/jantar, bastante espaçosa, oferece total conforto aos hospedes. Está equipada com TV, onde permite relaxar durante as suas férias.
O exterior da propriedade, murado, permite total privacidade para poder desfrutar da piscina e do belo jardim. Está disponível também uma churrasqueira, ideal para refeições o ar livre. A Villa Isa Joe tem o espaço exterior ideal para desfrutar do sol quente do Algarve com a família e amigos.
Não é necessário alugar uma carro, mas se preferir, teremos todo o gosto em ajudá-lo(a) com a reserva, mediante solicitação. Também podemos ajudar a organizar transfers, caso seja necessário.
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas são fixas e ambos não respeitarem o dia de mudança da propriedade, antes de proceder à reserva, por favor envie-nos um pedido de informação para podermos confirmar se as suas datas podem ser aceites.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Existem algumas restrições para reservas de grupos.
Por favor, note que a ocupação desta propriedade é de 6 hóspedes.

De acordo com a legislação vigente, poderão ser aplicadas taxas de turismo.

The villa was fab. The garden was large and spacious. The kitchen and utility room was very well equipped and dining room had everything you would need. Loved the outdoor and the BBQ. We requested and paid extra for the swimming pool to be heated and it was a perfect temperature.

The house and the outdoor area were wonderful. We took day trips but were very eager to get back to the privacy, comfort, and general "hominess of the villa. Since the moment we stepped into the Villa we found everything we needed at our fingertips. Safe and heated pool and accessible fully equipped kitchen.
The heated pool was a great decision as the weather was a bit cool. All in all this villa was lovely and we will visit it again. |
