A Villa Catalina é uma moradia moderna e elegante, ideal para quem procura umas férias relaxantes em ambiente confortável e bem localizado.
A sala é espaçosa e acolhedora, perfeita para momentos de convívio em família ou entre amigos. Neste piso encontra-se também uma suíte twin com casa de banho privativa, além de uma casa de banho de serviço.
No primeiro andar estão três suítes, duas com cama de casal e uma com duas camas individuais, todas com casa de banho privativa.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada e pensada para proporcionar refeições práticas e agradáveis.
No exterior, a piscina aquecida (painel solar), o barbecue, a zona de refeições ao ar livre e os espaços de lazer proporcionam dias descontraídos e divertidos. Há ainda mesa de ping pong e sala de jogos com snooker.
Localizada no Vale do Olival, em Armação de Pêra, perto da praia e a uma curta distância de restaurantes, bares e comércio local.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.

We stayed at Villa Catalina with four couples and absolutely loved it! The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos, very modern and has everything you need. The heated pool was a luxury, we even went for night swims. The BBQ area and lounge space are perfect for relaxing together. In the evening, we always went down to town for dinner and a stroll along the promenade. Great vibe, good food and lots of things happening nearby. Highly recommended!

The pool area is super pleasant, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the location is great, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. Armação has a fantastic promenade for evening walks and lots of restaurants with great food. The nights were always fun. We highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Catalina. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but just 5 minutes from the beach in Armação de Pêra. The kids loved the heated pool, the snooker and the ping pong table. Every evening, we would go for a walk along the promenade, with plenty of restaurants, ice cream and even live music. The house is modern, very well equipped and spacious, perfect for families. We’ll definitely come back!

Villa Catalina was exceptional. The property is beautifully designed with spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. We loved the heated pool and the outdoor dining area, perfect for all meals. Its location is ideal, close to attractions yet peaceful. Highly recommend!

The villa is super spacious and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We loved the pool, which was heated and perfect for evening swims, and the outdoor dining area with the BBQ was where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the central island with high chairs made meal times so much fun. The game room in the basement was a hit with our group—plenty of space for everyone to relax. Definitely a place I’d come back to!
