A Villa Zanzibar é uma moradia de férias ampla e acolhedora, ideal para famílias numerosas ou grupos de amigos que procuram tranquilidade, espaço e conforto num ambiente rural agradável, mantendo a proximidade às principais zonas de lazer do Algarve.
A sala de estar é espaçosa e luminosa, com acesso direto a uma varanda com vistas abertas sobre o campo, criando um ambiente convidativo para momentos de descanso e convívio em grupo.
No rés do chão encontram se dois quartos, um quarto com cama de casal e um quarto com beliche e uma cama individual, servidos por uma casa de banho com chuveiro, oferecendo uma distribuição prática e funcional para os hóspedes.
No primeiro andar situam se quatro quartos, três quartos com cama de casal e um quarto com três camas individuais, acompanhados por duas casas de banho com chuveiro, garantindo conforto e comodidade mesmo para grupos maiores.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada, espaçosa e funcional, pensada para facilitar a preparação das refeições e promover momentos de partilha durante a estadia.
No exterior, a villa dispõe de uma agradável zona de lazer com piscina privativa aquecível (custo adicional), espaços exteriores pensados para relaxar, zonas de entretenimento ao ar livre e uma área de refeições com barbecue, ideal para aproveitar o clima do Algarve em boa companhia.
A Villa Zanzibar está localizada numa zona rural tranquila, perto de Olhos de Água e de Albufeira, com fácil acesso a praias, restaurantes, bares e a uma ampla oferta de serviços e atividades de lazer.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é à Quinta (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.
Existem algumas restrições para reservas de grupos.

We had an amazing family holiday at Villa Zanzibar. The house is really spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed, from a big dining table to the pool, ping pong and foosball tables, there was always something to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved eating outside near the BBQ. The area is peaceful and green, and just a short drive to Olhos de Água and Albufeira. We'd definitely recommend it for families looking for a quiet but fun base in the Algarve.
