A Algarve Vacation encontra-se profundamente empenhada na promoção de opções de alojamento sustentável, em estreita colaboração com os nossos estimados proprietários. A nossa dedicada missão em prol da responsabilidade ambiental é testemunho desse compromisso.
Localizada em Carvoeiro, uma das melhores áreas do Algarve e a poucos minutos das praias, encontra-se a Villa Renaissance. Esta magnífica propriedade dispõe de 4 quartos, cozinha totalmente equipada, sala de estar e de jantar, sendo ideal para quem procura férias relaxantes.
No piso térreo, encontrará 3 quartos: dois com 2 camas de solteiro cada e um com cama de casal, todos com ar condicionado. Ainda neste piso, está a cozinha equipada com utensílios e materiais para preparar refeições, que pode desfrutar na área de jantar ou no exterior.
A área de jantar e estar em plano aberto oferece um ambiente confortável com mesa de jantar e cadeiras. A área de estar conta com sofás aconchegantes, perfeitos para relaxar. Existem 2 casas de banho neste piso, uma com banheira e outra com base de duche.
No piso superior, há um quarto en-suite com cama de casal e ar condicionado.
No exterior, a piscina aquecível (custo adicional) é rodeada de espreguiçadeiras e convida ao descanso ao sol, enquanto as 2 áreas de refeições e o barbecue tornam este espaço ideal para refeições ao ar livre.
A propriedade tem estacionamento para 4 carros. Venha viver o melhor do Algarve na Villa Renaissance, o cenário perfeito para as suas férias.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.
Caução de grupos: € 200 Por hóspede, com pagamento por cartão de crédito ou débito efetuado até 2 semanas antes da chegada. Existem algumas restrições para reservas de grupos.

Our stay at Villa Renaissance was absolutely wonderful. The house is spacious and ideal for families or groups, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. We especially loved the pool and outdoor dining areas, perfect for warm Algarve evenings. The villa is close to the beach and other attractions, making it a great base for exploring. Would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time at Villa Renaissance! The villa is well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The air-conditioned rooms made our stay even more enjoyable, and the open-plan living and dining area was perfect for spending time together. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a fantastic pool and a great barbecue setup. The quiet yet central location made it easy to explore Carvoeiro. Can’t wait to return!
