A Villa San Juan é uma casa de férias encantadora com 4 quartos, localizada numa zona residencial tranquila perto do centro de Carvoeiro. Com capacidade para 9+4 pessoas, dispõe de uma grande piscina privada, jardim espaçoso e está a uma curta distância de todas as comodidades, sendo ideal para famílias.
A propriedade tem 4 quartos e 3 casas de banho. No primeiro andar, encontra-se 1 quarto duplo com terraço e casa de banho separada. No rés do chão, há 2 quartos duplos (um com casa de banho privativa), 1 quarto com 3 camas individuais e um W.C. adicional.
O rés do chão também inclui uma cozinha totalmente equipada, sala de estar/jantar confortável com acesso ao exterior, onde pode relaxar nas espreguiçadeiras e aproveitar a piscina privada (aquecível opcional). No exterior, há uma churrasqueira, mesa de jantar e área de jogos com snooker e ténis de mesa. Estacionamento disponível para 1 carro.
Com uma excelente localização, a Villa San Juan está a poucos minutos a pé de lojas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados e da praia de Carvoeiro. Diversos campos de golfe estão a 5 minutos de carro.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.
Caução de grupos: € 250 Por hóspede, com pagamento por cartão de crédito ou débito efetuado até 2 semanas antes da chegada.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa San Juan. The villa is very well equipped and the layout works perfectly for families with children. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing and having meals together. The kids loved the pool and garden, while the adults enjoyed the peace and privacy of the area. Being so close to restaurants, shops and Carvoeiro Beach made everything more convenient. We also explored some golf courses nearby. A great place to stay in the Algarve!

We had a fantastic time at Villa San Juan. The house is very spacious and ideal for large families or groups, with comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms that made everything easier. The outdoor area is amazing, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the barbecue area and the games space with snooker and table tennis. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. It was great to have everything nearby without needing to drive all the time. Highly recommend!
