A Algarve Vacation encontra-se profundamente empenhada na promoção de opções de alojamento sustentável, em estreita colaboração com os nossos estimados proprietários. A nossa dedicada missão em prol da responsabilidade ambiental é testemunho desse compromisso.
A Villa San Juan é uma acolhedora casa de férias em Carvoeiro, ideal para famílias ou grupos que procuram conforto, espaço e momentos de lazer perto do mar.
A sala de estar e jantar é espaçosa e luminosa, criando um ambiente convidativo para convívios e refeições, com acesso direto ao exterior.
No rés do chão encontra-se um quarto com cama de casal, um quarto com três camas individuais en suite com chuveiro, um quarto com cama de casal en suite com chuveiro, e uma casa de banho de serviço.
No primeiro andar há um quarto com cama de casal en suite com banheira, beneficiando de maior privacidade e conforto.
No piso inferior encontra-se uma área de jogos com mesa de snooker e ténis de mesa, ideal para entretenimento de miúdos e graúdos.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada, oferecendo um espaço funcional para preparar refeições, com acesso prático à zona exterior.
No exterior destaca-se a grande piscina privada, piscina aquecível (custo adicional), um jardim generoso, uma área de refeições junto ao barbecue e uma zona de jogos, complementadas pelo estacionamento para um carro, perfeitas para dias de sol e convívio.
Localizada numa zona residencial tranquila perto do centro de Carvoeiro, a villa fica próxima de lojas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados e da Praia de Carvoeiro.
O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).
Se os seus voos já estiverem reservados ou se as suas datas forem fixas e não coincidirem com o dia habitual de mudança da propriedade, pedimos que nos envie um pedido de informação antes de efetuar a reserva, para confirmarmos se as datas podem ser aceites.
Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.
O aquecimento da piscina é sempre uma mais-valia para as suas férias, especialmente quando viaja com crianças. Com o aquecimento da piscina ativado, a temperatura da água estará sempre entre 5ºC e 8ºC acima do que seria sem aquecimento.
Alugar carro não é essencial para a sua estadia, tendo em conta a localização da propriedade. Ainda assim, caso seja do seu interesse, teremos todo o gosto em ajudar com a reserva. Podemos também organizar transfers, caso necessite.
Caução de grupos: € 250 Por hóspede, com pagamento por cartão de crédito ou débito efetuado até 2 semanas antes da chegada.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Villa San Juan. The villa is very well equipped and the layout works perfectly for families with children. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing and having meals together. The kids loved the pool and garden, while the adults enjoyed the peace and privacy of the area. Being so close to restaurants, shops and Carvoeiro Beach made everything more convenient. We also explored some golf courses nearby. A great place to stay in the Algarve!

We had a fantastic time at Villa San Juan. The house is very spacious and ideal for large families or groups, with comfortable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms that made everything easier. The outdoor area is amazing, the pool was clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the barbecue area and the games space with snooker and table tennis. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk to the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. It was great to have everything nearby without needing to drive all the time. Highly recommend!
