Apartment Brisbane is a modern and bright 2-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 4+2), on the first floor of the complex in Forte São João, which can be accessed by stairs. Only 300 meters away is the beautiful beach of Praia dos Alemães. The complex shares a communal swimming pool with well-maintained gardens and sunbeds. Located between the old town of Albufeira and the new town, all amenities are within a short walking distance, including sandy beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is fully equipped with two bright and comfortable bedrooms: both furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a sea view and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has pool views. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment has been renovated and the multi-functional living room has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with comfortable seating, TV and a balcony perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a relaxing drink at sunset or an early morning coffee. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you may need during your stay including coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a breakfast bar with stools. The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

This apartment benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Praia dos Alemães only 300 meters away) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip (about a 10-minute walk) with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town (20-minute walk).

Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve.

Should you wish to rent a car we can help you book upon request. Other transport options are the local bus, with several routes around the city, or the local taxis, which are always available and affordable (for which contact will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on a Thursday.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 4 people
The 5th and 6th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

VAT included in the accommodation price.

Pets not allowed.

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
