Description
The Brisbane Apartment accommodates up to 7 people and is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of the building at Forte São João. Just 300 metres from Praia dos Alemães, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches, between the old and new areas of Albufeira.
The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa and an armchair, creating the perfect space to relax or spend time with family and friends. The dining area is integrated, with a spacious table ideal for shared meals. The entire apartment has air conditioning, ensuring comfort in all rooms throughout your stay.
The two bedrooms are comfortable, both with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is en suite with a bathroom with shower, providing complete privacy. There is also a second bathroom with shower.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, integrating harmoniously with the living room and dining area, offering practicality for preparing your meals during your stay.
Guests can enjoy the common swimming pool and the well-maintained gardens of the complex.
The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, close to everything you need. The famous Rua da Oura (10 minutes on foot) offers the best nightlife in Albufeira, whilst the Old Town is 20 minutes on foot away.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

We loved it, the apartment is in a good location, 5 mins from the beach. The apartment is modern, clean, great having 2 bathrooms. The air cons are really good and the kitchen is well equipped! The pool is lovely and clean and gets sun all day. The apartment is closer to the new town but very much walking distance to the old town too. We used Bolt for taxis which were very cheap and cost 3€ for most journeys. There is a large lidl and aldi a short taxi drive away so you can stock up on shopping if needed. All of the staff we encountered at Algarve Vacations were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a great week and would love to return to this apartment!
