The Melbourne 1 Apartment (T1) is a charming apartment set in a modern complex in Albufeira, extremely well located, situated between the historic centre and the new area of the city, making it an ideal option for a family or a group of friends. This property is close to all amenities, and is undoubtedly the perfect setting for a rejuvenating sun-filled break.
With a capacity for 2+2 people, this superb apartment has 1 bright and airy bedroom, elegantly furnished with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living/dining room has a comfortable sofa and a TV (with international channels), a table and chairs to enjoy your meals indoors. The sliding doors lead to an inviting balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for your meals or to relax in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and is located on the third floor (the building has a lift).
Outdoors, you will find an inviting (shared) swimming pool surrounded by ample space for sunbathing. The complex also has a children's pool and a playground that will delight the little ones.
With such a central location, all amenities are within a short walk from the apartment, including a selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets. The nearest beaches, (Praia do Inatel and Praia dos Alemães) are less than a kilometre away.
A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organise transfers, if needed.
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking fee, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
