The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by elevator, and has two bedrooms, one with four single beds and the main bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms.
The living and dining room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for leisure moments and shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your favorite meals. The cozy balcony with a barbecue is ideal for enjoying an outdoor grill. The apartment has air conditioning and free WiFi.
The complex offers an adult pool and a separate children's pool, ensuring fun for all ages, and well-maintained gardens that provide a tranquil and relaxing environment.

No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and neither respects the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 6 people.
The 7th and 8th persons will be charged an additional value that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
