Just a few minutes' drive from Portimão and the stunning beaches of Rocha, Vau and Alvor, this apartment is the perfect destination for those seeking exclusivity and convenience.
With the capacity to accommodate up to 4+2 people, this refined two-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor, is ideal for families or small groups. The two additional people can be accommodated for an extra fee, offering greater flexibility during your stay. Every detail has been carefully thought out to meet the most demanding expectations, from the spacious living/dining room, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (where extra guests can stay) and TV, to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a carefree stay.
The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both with double beds and built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms also has direct access to the front patio, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sun while having breakfast. The complete bathroom, with shower and bathtub, ensures all the necessary comfort.
The balcony is equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying grilled dishes prepared with fresh produce from the Portimão market, while relaxing in the open air.
In addition, guests have access to the exclusive leisure center of Oasis Parque, just a 4-minute walk from the apartment, where they can enjoy the indoor heated pool (heated from October to April), jacuzzi, outdoor pools for adults and children, tennis courts, children's playground and coffee shop.
Located in a quiet area of Portimão, the apartment is close to restaurants, cafes and the stunning beaches of the region. This apartment offers an unparalleled experience of comfort and quality, ideal for those seeking the best of the Algarve.
A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation, upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so that we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A 2.9% booking fee, insurance and filing fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.
Prices for up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th person will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
Pool access card for the 5th and 6th person: €5 per day.
According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.

The apartment is spacious and super comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The kitchen was really well-equipped, and we loved cooking dinner on the barbecue on the balcony. Plus, the pools at the complex are fantastic, especially the heatedsee more

We'll definitely be back!
