Traditional house recently remodeled and well-located, with a capacity for 6+4 guests. Just a few meters from the beach and the historic city center, it is the perfect choice for a stay in downtown Albufeira.
With an unbeatable location, a short walking distance will take you to a wide selection of fabulous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the famous square filled with shops, artisans, and entertainment.
This traditional house with free Wi-Fi has 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning, furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower. There is an open-plan living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and dining table. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your holiday, including an oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
On the first floor, you’ll find another two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, along with built-in wardrobes. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with satellite TV, and an open-plan kitchen with a dining table.
On the second floor, there is access to an annex with a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Both the first floor and the annex on the second floor are accessible via stairs.
The rooftop terrace offers an outdoor dining area with sun loungers and spectacular views over the city of Albufeira and the iconic Fisherman's Beach – one of the most popular beaches in the region.
The house is located in Albufeira’s historic center and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are all within walking distance. The heart of Albufeira’s Old Town is just a few streets away, and the Strip, with the city’s best bars and nightlife, is about a 5-minute drive.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.
Prices for up to 6 people.
From the 7th to the 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
