Studio Marbella
Bright and compact, the Marbella studio apartment is located just 20 meters from a beautiful stretch of golden sandy beach! With an incredibly central location, within short walking distance of all amenities, the property is perfect for a couple, friends or family looking to relax and enjoy the town, beach and each other’s company.
This cosy apartment with free Wi-Fi is on the second floor (with lift access) and is delightfully decorated.
The lounge area has a comfortable double sofa-bed, two twin beds and there’s a built-in bunk bed (additional charge) in the entrance area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The lounge space also includes an open-plan kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, and built-in wardrobes. The delightful balcony with sea views includes a built-in barbeque and outdoor seating where you can enjoy a meal al fresco.
The apartment is located in Albufeira centre, right on the beachfront (Praia dos Pescadores) and has everything you may require for a relaxing holiday on your doorstep. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a pharmacy are all within short walking distance. The centre of the Old Town of Albufeira is only a few streets away and the Strip with the best bars and nightlife in town is about a 5 minute drive away.
Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with this. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**

Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th to the 6th person an additional rental amount is required which includes for either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

The apartment is located in the Old Town so all the amenities are close by, car is not necessary. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. A big thank you to all the support team, they were amazing
