The Townhouse Moreton is a charming 4-bedroom house, located in the prestigious Oasis Park complex, one of the best condominiums in the Algarve. Ideal for families seeking a relaxing holiday, it is a short drive from the centre of Portimão and the magnificent beaches of Rocha, Vau, and Alvor.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (one of them en-suite) and 1 with two single beds. It features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
The living/dining room is spacious and cosy, perfect for enjoying family or friends' meals, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a charming patio, surrounded by a beautiful garden.
For entertainment, the house includes a games room on the lower floor, where you can enjoy snooker matches.
The exceptional Oasis Park complex offers a leisure centre with an indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi, exclusive to guests. Outside, there is also an adult pool and a smaller one for children.
Located in a quiet area of Portimão, the house is near restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau, and Praia da Rocha, as well as the city centre of Portimão and Alvor.
Car rental is recommended, and if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking handling, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices up to 8 people.
From the 9th to the 10th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
Pool access card has an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, from the 7th to the 10th person.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

We found the property very clean and well laid out. The facilities at the social club were amazing. Although we didn't spend a huge amount of time there due to work commitments.

The villa was a perfect space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable. The shutters plus air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the villa cool under all conditions. Both showers were excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. Havingsee more

Both showers were excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. Having balconies to the front and rear meant there was always somewhere perfect to sit. The site was quiet and well kept and the main pool was never too busy.
The villa was furnished to a perfect level for a comfortable holiday and had all the equipment and facilities you could need. Special mention for a very good barbecue. |
