Townhouse Moreton is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home affording a prime location in picturesque Oasis Park, one of the best condominiums of the Algarve. Perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun, the property is just a short drive from the centre of Portimão, as well as the beautiful beaches of Vau, Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
This marvellous townhouse has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 of them en-suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath and overhead shower. The bright and inviting living and dining room allows you to lounge comfortably and enjoy a meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, a delightful patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by landscaped garden areas allows the option of enjoying your meals alfresco.
The Townhouse also includes free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic Games room on the lower floor where you can enjoy a game of snooker.
The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments.
The property is in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrant Portimão city centre.

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 8 people
The 9th to 10th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €77 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week
Pool card access for the 7th to 10th persons*: €5 per day (each)
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.

We found the property very clean and well laid out. The facilities at the social club were amazing. Although we didn't spend a huge amount of time there due to work commitments.

The villa was a perfect space for 5 people. The beds were very comfortable. The shutters plus air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the villa cool under all conditions. Both showers were excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. Havingsee more

Both showers were excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. Having balconies to the front and rear meant there was always somewhere perfect to sit. The site was quiet and well kept and the main pool was never too busy.
The villa was furnished to a perfect level for a comfortable holiday and had all the equipment and facilities you could need. Special mention for a very good barbecue. |
