Villa Acapulco is a unique 3-bedroom property with free Wi-Fi, located in the heart of the Albufeira Marina. Only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful golden beaches of "Peneco" and "São Rafael", this colourful holiday home is the perfect setting for a family holiday and includes a private heatable swimming pool.
The property has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms).
The quirky, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. The living / dining room is bright and spacious and invites you to lounge on the comfortable sofas and gaze out over the swimming pool.
Outside, a wonderful patio invites you to relax and enjoy meals al fresco alongside the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra). A brick barbeque allows for summer grilling and snooker, ping-pong and table football are available for additional entertainment on long summer days.
The Villa is located in a quiet area of the Albufeira Marina where several cafés, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are located. A short drive (20-minute walk) into Albufeira and you’ll find a variety of amenities, as well as the charm of the Old Town and beautiful sandy beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach).
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday(however this may be flexible in low season).
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00
Check-out schedule: 10:00
Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only)
Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 6 people.
The 7th to the 9th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week.
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***

Beautiful Villa. The location is very convenient. Very nice restaurants in the marina. Also the town centre of Albufeira and the beach are on walking distance.

The highlight of our holiday was undoubtedly the boat tour organized by the local representative. We were treated to breathtaking views of the coastline and hidden coves, accompanied by informative commentary that added depth to our exploration. It was a truly unforgettable experience that left us in awe of Algarve natural beauty. In addition to the villa's amenities, we were impressed by the level of service provided by the local representative. From arranging the boat tour to offering recommendations for dining and activities, their attentiveness ensured that our holiday was seamless and stress-free. Overall, our stay in Albufeira exceeded our expectations in every way. |
