Discover Villa Alice, a typically Algarvian villa located in the parish of Albufeira and Guia, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This spacious and well-equipped property is perfect for groups and families seeking a welcoming and tranquil environment.
Villa Alice accommodates 8+2 guests and offers two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double room with a private bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Additionally, an annex in front of the pool has two additional twin rooms and a common bathroom with a shower, providing extra space and privacy for all guests.
Common areas are designed to maximize comfort and socializing. The open-plan living room and kitchen are ideal for leisure moments and shared meals. Outside, you will find a charming veranda with a dining table, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals while appreciating the pool view. A barbecue area is also available for your gatherings.
The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment during your stay, regardless of the season. Come and experience the perfect combination of comfort and tranquility at Villa Alice, where every detail is designed to make your stay unforgettable.
It is recommended to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The property's change day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.
A booking, insurance, and archiving processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions.
Prices are for up to 8 people.
The 9th and 10th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
